I managed to delete some folders while trying to paste. Now the the system will not work at all. Somebody please assist. I would love to get it to work again

Good day. I tried changing the language on my Pioneer AVIC-MRZ99 from Japanese to English. I have managed to delete important files in the process and now it wont work. Is there a way to get round that and re install the firmware from the beginning?
