Man thanks for the quick reply but I'm a dummy. I figured it out. I copied the whole file over to the SD so the HU was only seeing the folder with the files in it. So I took them out of the folder and it's updating now. I'll keep you posted on how it goes. This will be my first map update on the unit. Thanks again.

Hey guys, I have a question. I have a z140. That I have hackmode on. But I got supertest and booted into test mode. I made a back up and put it on my comp. Then copied from the HU the renewall file and used hxd to change the hex to what the instructions specified. And installed it back on the HU. Then using a separate SD with the unzipped updated map file, put it in my HU and it's not recognizing the SD. No option to update or anything. I even tried switching the cardinfo.cif file and still nothing. The stereo and everything works. But won't read the SD. Any ideas as to why?
