  1. I paired my Storm 2 exactly the same as the Storm 1, Tour, Curve and iPhone... nothing special or different.
  2. I like the AVIC way more than the OEM honda system. 2003 Pilot's OEM nav interface plain sucked; however, once you learned the system, it was ok... if the AVIC was a 5/10 I would rate the Pilot 2/10. 2007 Civic's OEM nav is way better than the Pilot. After 6 months I am still trying to get used to it; however, it's quite decent. 4/10 I also have a Nuvi 200, the interface is MUCH better and friendlier than all the above, 7/10. The only thing in the NAV department where the Avic wins against the Nuvi is the amount of POIs. Featurewise, the Avic wins hands down.
  3. Have you checked your video out setting on your ipod's video settings?

Me too, I am gonna rig an external cellular antenna and WiFi antenna soon... greatest stuff ever! Aircard antenna (need to get an adapter for your model) External Wifi antenna (requires NMO base and cable adapter) It appears that on the road, pulling a 2 car enclosed trailer, friends can't access the signal from my KR-1 router.
  5. The honda adapter will have a blue wire coming from it, I believe that attaches to the power antenna wire, even though you don't have a power antenna... it is a "powered" antenna. They are about 10-20 bucks and readily available at any of the big box electronics stores.
  6. I went with the PNR2... simpler, less cables and clutter.
  7. $30 is the cheapest I have seen Do a Google Product search online for part #CD-600DC
  8. Nextel just released the i335... has anyone tried this phone with the Bluetooth? I am wondering if the phonebook has a full transfer capability.
  9. I took a picture of my OEM radio, printed it off on a nice color laser and laminated it. I also places a 1" tab on the back. If I am in a sketchy area, I just prop it over the Avic with the tab in the CD slot. With the tint, you can't tell the difference during the day and can't see a thing at night.
  10. Following the directions, I can get the 7520 to work fine with the Bluetooth; however, the phonebook will not transfer... that is the only part that is not compatible.
  11. I was looking at the wrong schematic on the install guide and omitted said cable. All is good now.
  12. 1. The deck is bypassed. 2. No.... OMG. Thanks, you're the best!
  13. I have my Avic D3 hooped up in this order via IP BUS: D3----------CD-BTB200---------------GEX-P10XMT--------SIR-PNR2 Everything works great, I have all my XM & Sirius channels, and the Bluetooth works great. The NavTraffic does not seem to work, which is frustrating. When I go to the Info/traffic menu everything is greyed out except for the four boxes on the right. One of the boxes not greyed out is XM Status which, when I click it, it says that there is no XM connected, which I find odd because I recieve XM just fine. Anyone wanna take a shot at this? Th
