Think of the subsonic like a high pass filter for your sub. It is the point where your bass starts to roll off on the lower frequencies. You would set it based on your box - are you running sealed or ported? With a sealed box I would recommend setting that amp to the 30hz filter. With a ported box you want to take your tuned freq x .75. This ( or as close as possible ) is where you'd set it for a ported box. I'm guessing here that BASS EQ is really BASS BOOST. One thing I can tell you about doing the bypass - they make it seem like you gotta be quick triggered. That's just not the case. Do a ten second hold - then a pause - then set your finger in the 2nd position. I must've tried it 100x - then I watched the video again and noticed the pause. Worked on my 1st attempt after that. As to the HDMI - if you've got the parking brake on ( assuming no bypass ) then you should have video on the screen if you outputting a signal from something. Ok so I got the bypass done. Works great. Still don't understand the hotspot vs access point stuff. I was able to get the hotspot to detect my mobile hotspot but then the access point does not beam internet access as I would suspect it would. Does anyone know what I might be doing wrong?

New owner of a wt7600nex and trying to determine what the difference is between the two. I'm trying to get my chromecast operational but can't seem to get both to AA and it to work at the same time. Feel like I'm not doing something right. I would assume I need to turn mobile hotspot on on my phone, share that to the HU, and then share the HU's wifi to the chromecast, right? Oh and I've tried the darn bypass at least 30x with no success. I've watched the video how-to and for w/e reason it just doesn't seem like it wants to take for me - SOOOO frustrating!!!
