Hi, so my user folder is empty and i cant paste anything in it. Online search results suggest that i need a bootable cd- original firmware to install it. Does anyone have a copy they can share, pretty please. pioneer carrozzeria avic-mrz09 thank you

Hi, my original firmware was deleted and i managed to get a back up copy. When i try pasting the prg0 and prg1 in the user directory, it keeps saying, now pasting but nothing happens. Can someone please help. Many thanks
