  1. Pair the device and register it and everything (it sounds like you've done that already). Then when you go into the section called "phonebook transfer"- it sounds like that's where you're going- go back into the phone and delete the bluetooth unit while the "phonebook transfer" screen is up on your car unit. Then, go to one of your contacts, go to options, send name card. Then mark all of your contacts. You'll be asked to find a device again. You'll have to re-pair the units.   3. I called Pioneer and the woman on the phone told me that a purchase from Bestbuy WOULD be eligible. However, the rebate form seems to say otherwise. However, she also said that the retail price is $1,000 and if a store is selling it for anything less than $1000, it would no longer be eligible for the rebate.
