Anyway. I have my BEng and I have experience with car stereo installation and have my MECP from a long time ago and also ASE A6.
And A+, N+, S+, MCSE, etc etc.
That said I took my AVIC-F90BT apart to look into upgrading the RAM &/or NAND.
while inside the belly of the beast I noticed there is in fact a port available for iR reciever to be attached.
So... I attached!
