I think the touchscreen on my Pioneer AVIC-RZ09 has gone bad and I'd like to try replacing it. Can anyone recommend an aftermarket replacement or a source for the original? I have written to Pioneer Japan and Europe but received no reply.

Is there a trick to (carefully) force open a totally unresponsive screen?
