For certain! I just finished putting the F90BT in my 2007 Civic over the weekend. Well, almost, I'm missing the trim ring around the unit and I haven't placed my microphone yet. You'll definitely need the PAC SWI thing so that your steering wheel buttons still work. If you have any questions about the install, feel free to ask! I'd be glad to help!
