UND boy

I have the same problem I finished installing mine yesterday and everything was working fine I had voice guidance today I was messing with the 3d calibration accidentally cleared what it had learned and now it just says sensor initializing and it is not tracking my mileage it just stays at zero and mine wont go into the other two guided view modes. I only get the destination reached sound. If you know how to fix this please lmk. Thanks

My D3 was working fine until I cleared the miles traveld and reset the sensor. I drive around and it has started learning again but it is not tracking my mileage as a drive it just stays at 0.00 and now the voice direction only works if you push the waypoint flag on the map screen. and YES I have voice guidance turned on and the volume is turned up.
