what kind of media did you use? and what program?

when you unrar the file make sure you remove the "set file security" check box in the advanced tab of winrar and check "clear attributes archive" Dont know if you need this but i did it anyways. Then I used poweriso to burn the image the mdf file not the mds. Used a verbatim DVD+R DL at highest speed and worked fine. Hope this helps
