Thanks MadsonP, you are correct The speed sensor wire (pink) connects to the pulse wire which is green with an orange stripe and runs from behind the instrument cluster over to behind the small sidewall panel by the drivers left foot. I spliced in near connector mf02 after testing with an a/c meter. Installation now complete! Lots of good current information at kiatechinfo.com

I had this same problem. I opend the box and found the heatsink was loose. I jiggled it and the signal came in so I fashioned a metal spring clip and taped it to the inside of the box which holds the heatsink down firmly when the box is screwed together. Worked for me. good luck!
