  1. I had that same problem. Took it back to dealer, Lott's Stereo in Santa Cruz. They replaced the Pioneer cable to the iPod and it's been perfect since.
  2. My right channel seems to cut out randomly, but always after a phone call. I unhook and rehook the 120 gig iPod classic, and the sound comes back fine. Is there a better fix than that?? All help really appreciated. brad
  3. Anyone else have this? The right channel on my iPod cuts out randomly sometimes...and always after phone calls. I have to unplug the iPod and rehook it, and it usually fixes after the first time. Sometimes takes several times. It's the only big problem I'm having and would love some advice on a fix. thanks Brad
  4. After some initial problems (and one right now, where I'm not sure if the latest iTunes update will work with it), I'm very very happy with the unit. Voice commands work fine. The phone is excellent. People say it is better than my analog headset, which I thought was impossible. The sound is great (boosted by a NEXT five channel amp). I got it also for voice commands because I drive a 20 mile mountain every day and thought it would be smart (duh) not to have to take my eyes off the road (my hands upon the wheel), and they work well for me. I've had no luck with MSN, but I nee

They are complaining to Apple and urging others to do the same... Coincidentally, my apple classic took a dump...and the Apple store gave me a new one..and I'm NOT updating the software until it's fixed....this really sucks...but Apple gets on the ball if enough people complain.
  6. keeps restarting when the iPod is in...but works fine with radio and map and phone
  7. Never had this problem before doing the firmware update. My classic goes dead if left in the glove box overnight. Anyone else? Help!!!!
  8. Check it out at www.radio-soup.com enjoy... catch the joke at the end...
  9. When I read Pioneer's note, I was a little disappointed. I've never bought a product that the manufacturer hadn't yet completed before...especially for this much money. But for the most part, I'm happy. My main attraction was the iPod functions and the voice activation. I drive a lot and want to be able to say: Play Bob Dylan, or James Cotton, and not have to mess with taking my eyes off the road (and I can keep my hands upon the wheeell." It does that PERFECTLY. And the sound quality, with my Hertz amp, is stunning. It also has a nice display of the album covers that are playing, and
  10. what does the difference mean for me? I have an amplifier. does it matter?
  11. Why would I want the 90 BT as opposed to the 700 or 900? For all the information I've seen, I'm not clear on whether it's worth the extra money to get the top of the line. THanks
