Well...I am Ukrainian, a musician and a christian...so I have a lot of different stuff... My PC is setup as the following: American (Rock, Pop, R&B, etc. - anything in english) American Christian (Gospel, etc.) Christmas (self explanatory) Country (self explanatory) Dance (Techno, Trance, etc.) Instrumental (sound tracks, orchestra's, etc.) International (stuff in languages I don't understand lol but that I like the sound of) Russian (music in Russian) Ukrainian Christian (music in my native tongue) I would love to, if possible, pull the drive out...connect it to my PC.

Is there any way to create my own categories? I have a lot of different music, and I am very organized, but this setup isn't working for me. Also...when I have the library set on random...if I hit next track...it just goes to the next song in the list...not a random song. The only time it goes to a random song is if the song ended on it's own. What's up with that? Let me know what you guys suggest/think. Thanks.

Sprint Samsung A640 - Transfer Contacts: Not supported - Calling: Waiting for my BT Mic to arrive...will update if I remember... ***post before edit*** Well...I just got my AVIC-Z2 and had the HDD upgraded to the Z3... I have the ND-BT1...and I have a Sprint Samsung A640. Connected fine...I was able to call and heard everything just fine. HOWEVER...I couldn't transfer my phonebook over to the phone... I have no firmware upgrades that I know of...I might go see if there is one available and try again. So...it works but it doesn't work.

Got my drive today. Garret is the man. Enough said.

I haven't received my drive yet but this guy is an absolute pleasure to deal with. Thanks for all of your help Garrett. I can't wait to get my Z2 and use your Z3 drive. I'm giddy.

Just spoke to Adam at Crutchfield (I didn't know they have a chat) and he told me it would work with my Z2. He also said it will NOT take the iPod connection...his quote: NICE!

Would this work? I KNEW I saw something a few months ago when I was researching new head units...I went and looked again and found it. http://www.crutchfield.com/S-cUeN6lIsa1 ... 130CDUB100 It's a USB adapter for a Pioneer radio. Does anyone know if it works with the Z-series? I guess I could just call Crutchfield, but I thought maybe someone here would know.

Well that sucks... I have to run back and forth with 20 songs until I get my entire 1000 songs over to the Z2? (It's coming by the end of the week) That is seriously gay.

I'm not sure if I'm posting in the right place but let me get to the point. I am about to purchase a Z-Series AVIC unit, and it seems like I can get a Z2 for under $900 new and just upgrade to a Z3 unit. Fantastic. Now, a little background info. I am desktop support specialist for a living, so this is definitely very simple for me. I already have all the software I need (we use much of it at work ). Anyhow...my questions are as follows: I want to improve the speed as much as possible...do I just need to purchase a 3.5" 7200RPM drive (ATA100/133) or do I need to purchase a laptop (2
