hey.... thanks all for the help. i previously started getting a blank screen, i turn it on (avic700bt) and the splash screen comes up but.... after that the screen goes blank. i still have sound when hitting the menu buttin as if it changed but nothing is on the screen,,,,, if at somepoint it does work, the settings word is not there..... contact, destination and audio words are not there..... any help would be great

I will keep it short. i went on a trip, and my ipod connected and worked great for my f90bt, but my ipod froze because it was left on to long i gues (dumb i know), well it froze and wheni got home the ipod worked after charging it. although, the unit does not conect to it. i tried restoring my ipod and refreshing it, but it will not connect to the unit/show connection. anyone ahd this problem or can helpme?

it seems that it may be a option if i buy it,because it is grayed out. so, if i can't get it y would they put it on there grayed out in the bottom left corner?

got the 700 f series, and have a question.... i saw on the couple threads that the msn direct is not an available option on the 700, but i do see it shaded out on my screen, and option to buy i guess.... is this true? can i purchase it, and how much is it?

thanks, when you say videos from the cd drive, you mean musiv videos or something? not sure what videos you may be referingto. don't mean to sound dumbm but what other video play back is there? the only way i would know to get video play back is movies from the i=pod, and or the sd card. so your saying i still will not be baly to watch dvd from the ipod. if that is the case should i buy a dvd player and set that up through the avic-f700bt? thanks again

i have the avic 700 bt and wondering about a few things..... there is a usb cabel, do i still need a seperate cable for the ipod to conect the usb, 2) they have a gyro ball that indicates the system is motion and no by pass that i know of to play dvd while moving. anyone know any?
