I got a good password and my update completed with no problems. I did get that error ( "Update Failed" hit retry to continue). It came up twice, i hit retry both times and it finished. The last time was at 99%, that got me worried but it completed with no errors. My F700 is so much better. It is much improved, too bad it was not like this 13 months ago when i got the unit. I guess the wait paid off. I was thinking of getting a Z110BT regardless of the outcome of this update but now i don't think i will.

My update completed successfully! I took a test drive, all is good! I have 3.0 and also now have 3G in my area (AT&T iPhone 3G)

I registered Mine a year ago when i got it. I Have the problem as well.

Boy, if pioneer had their shit together, i could actually view those screens in person, but oh no, i'm stuck with half an update for the weekend, who knows, longer. Ican't believe it, if it is not one thing its another.

Anyone have any luck yet? I lived in Japan for a couple years, they work a lot on saturdays, im keeping my fingers crossed it will be up soon. I can't tell you how aggrevated i am, been looking forward to this for, well a year! Since i bought the unit. Also where i live in Florida, AT&T just got 3G service today, finally, i got my iPhone 3G a year ago but didn't have 3G service where i live. A year later, i have it! Just happens to be the same day i get the 3.0 update for my AVIC. I knew it was all to good to be true.
