Sorry for the double post. But I recently upgraded my 1st generation iphone to the 2.0.1 update and now I can see videos on the avic-f900bt using the pioneer cable with widescreen on and everything just thought id share.

What cable are you using with your iphone the apple one or the pioneer cable? Is it the new one or the old iphone? Edit I tried it without widescreen but it didnt work but im running 1.1.4 but since ive heard people have been having problems with the new updates I dont know if I should update it.

I will try but with the iphone I only go into settings then general then bluetooth then just hit the on button. The radio I did search devices I didnt get anything from it.

Are you sure? I heard people say that it worked even less that it wouldnt recognize it or even charge when its plugged in. Everything else works good except that I cant view videos on it and call from my iphone through the radio. Another thing the msn direct doesnt work at all doesnt show gas stations weather or movie times etc is it that its not activated or just avaliable in major cities?

I currently own the AVIC-F900bt pairing it along with the pioneer CD-IU230V Cable but I cant get any video on my screen? Another big problem is I cant pair up my phone with pioneer radio? So how can I see video and pair my old iphone using bluetooth? Im running 1.1.4 on my iphone and not sure if I should get 2.0.1? I can access all my music and play it through the radio and search by album etc but not see any videos. I hate that I turn on bluetooth and the radio doesnt find anything.

So it doesnt matter if the vss or reverse wires are connected or not it will work either way? Thanks alot by the way

I just Recently bought the AVIC-F900BT. I would like to know how to bypass it so I can use the dvd and the navigation while driving? I will install it in a 2008 Ford F250 and want to know if I can use the PAC SWI-PS - Pioneer and Sony Steering Wheel Radio Control Interface with my truck and this radio. I also have an old Iphone can i use the Pioneer CD-IU230V to see videos on this screen or do I need the usb and composite apple cable? PS What about the pink speed signal input and the violet/white reverse gear signal input do those still get connected after you do the bypass by moving th
