The 2.0 update now works with my 1G iPod Touch running 2.1 firmware, both audio and video. The battery indicator shows that it's being charged also. just want to clarify . . . 1st gen Ipod Touch with 2.1 apple firmware completely works on the F series 2.0 firmware now? because this was an issue pre-2.0 pioneer update. Works on my F90BT now, not sure about other models.

Couple things to try: 1. Re-format your SD card using the "default allocation size" then copy these files again. 2. Close your car door if it was open, depending on how your car and unit was installed.

It doesn't work for me. It didn't work with the 2.0.x version so I waited for 2.1 but it's still disappointing. 3G iPhone with 2.1, however, works well, charges and plays both music and video for me.
