ive got an avic z2, with two headrest monitors that randomly flash the blue screen for a few seconds, if that. i know it has nothing to do with the Z2, but anybody got any ideas???

Mine is locked up on the boot screen, sometimes it is completely blank, but right now its on the boot screen and is still playing music. I can't change the song but I can change the volume. Its a stock hard drive. What should I do?

well i figured that. do u think he just did the one wire instead of both??

i had best buy do the bypass while they installed everything, and it doesnt have to be in park to work, just either stopped or going super slow. and also that window pops up when it starts up saying improper parking break lead. and they did the bypass before i loaded the iso file, can i still do it now? i tried it but it didnt load or do anything. any ideas??

i used nero express 7 and i used 100 mb of exe files is that ok? i dont know what u mean about 1 stage burning or finalizing, i jsut burnt it like i normally would, any way.. i was able to pull up the file name on the HU but when i would select it it would say file is corrupt. its a .jpg also, i chose the option "close disk(no further data can be added) thats finalizing right? i burned it using a data disk

there are only 13 genres on the z2, which is ridiculous, are u able to create your own? also any one figure out a way to burn ur cds and have the genre cd text show up in the z2? i even changed the id3 tag on some songs to match the preset z2 genres and it still rips it to the hard drive as others

this is so annoying. i think its just the burning software we are using. im using nero express, and when you look at your list of songs, it shows title and album, but no genre, and i cant find anyway to add it either.

i just got my avic z2 yesterday, i used windows media media player to make a cd, and nothing would show up in the library, the song was there but no artist, genre, or albulm. then i used nero start smart, and everything came up good except the genre came up as others. before i burned the songs i spent many hours editing the mp3 tags to make everything neat (artist, genre, album etc) so i know the tag is there but i think the burners i am using wont work for what i need ya know? any ideas?

i have an 06 f150 lariat and im buyin the z2 soon as i get back home (im on deployment in the middle east right now) can anyone send me some links to websites of all the accesories im going to need like the wiring harness, steering wheel control adapter, dash kit etc. the only extras im going to get right now for it are the bluetooth & 2 11" lcd headrest monitors. what all am i going to need besides what i listed above??
