I too am waiting on some discs. I would give it a little more time as it seems as if jlong is a respectable member on this forum. I am thinking he is either gone on business or has something personal going on. He sent me a couple discs that did not load correctly in my D1 and was going to send a couple more to try. He had communicated extremely well until recently so I am thinking something may be wrong to where he cannot get back to us. All I am saying is give it a little more time before you start the bashing. I am assuming you paid with Paypal so just go through whatever the process i

Mine does this from time to time and I remove it and tap on the bottom near the front and it starts working again. It usually does it every other month or so but it only takes two minutes to pull it out and tap on it.

I cannot remember exactly how long the cable was but I ran it from the license plate (obviously) to the rear of the avicD1 in the Sequoia. All three wires (video, power, and ground) are run at the same time. You could contact Boyo directly through email and they should respond within a day or so. That will give you the best answer. I emailed them asking about their product and received a response within 24 hours.

I have the VTL420 which is the same just in black and it works great with the D1. The wires reached the length of my Toyota Sequoia with just a few inches to spare.

Have only had one issue but that was because of a bad disc that had a sticker label on it. So far so good.

I am having the same issue as above. Does anyone know anything about qhich wire I would connect the Illimunation wire to in a 2003 Sequoia? Is it directly behind the stereo/included in the harness/color? Thanks in advance!

So when I take the copied disc out and before I put the actual Pioneer disc in - I puch the reset button and then put the new disc in? Thanks for your help.

Yes this disc has a label on it. I have tried to smooth it out but it seems to be ok. I hope it is not mechanical. I am not sure how to fix it if it is. Thanks for your help.

Hello all, I recently purchased a Sequoia that already had the AVIC-D1 installed in it. The dealership did not have the navigation disc for it so I ordered a copy off of ebay. It works ok for a few minutes and then starts making this clicking noise. Anyway, I have a friend that owns a custom truck shop and just realized that he could order the original disc for me at cost. He ordered me the same disc set that I have a copy of. CDNV-60MP or something like that. It is the 2006 version. My question is: If I put the new original disc in my AVIC-D1 will it run ok or do I need to erase t
