  1. Good job! The solution of deleting the gpspara files does not work for everyone however, which is important to note. Including me... I had to completely replace all the system files as provided by gsxr 1k. (Big thanks to him!)
  2. I do not mean to be rude and please correct me if i am wrong, but i get the feeling that things are going off-topic here. This topic is about the F900BT that worked fine for a long time and then all of a sudden (without any changes made to it) started rebooting. I see lots of things about wrongly connected handbrakes coming along, but that is not a problem that occurs all of a sudden right? That is an installation/setup issue. I would like to suggest to keep the topic clean so that the people having this "out of the blue" problem (of which i am one, yes indeed) can get help with their problems
  3. My unit also has the reboot problem. It started after i released the clutch too fast and the engine stalled. I immedeately ignited it again (perhaps this messed up the system?) and since then it keeps rebooting in a continuous cycle, not with intervals or so. I updated to the latest firmware, and after that deleted those 4 mentioned files: both had no effect. Any idea's what else i can try? This is a full service lease car, but since i installed some hacks months ago. (this cannot be the cause, drove over 10.000km since without problems) I am a bit worried of them finding out my changes a
  4. Mav, thank you very much for this detailled explaination. I'm getting quite the hang of implementing the hacks, and it is all working fine so far! The strange thing is, i made the changes you wrote to the data.zip, but i did NOT want the replacement of the zoom scale bar and the window in the bottom left corner, so i did not make those changes. Packed it back into a zip, but my device doesn't accept it! It really REALLY shortly displays a sort of error message right after the splash screen, it goes so fast i almost cant read it... something about a database error or so. Then it hangs at th
  5. Boris, thanks, solved my problem! Ur da man!
  6. I keep having trouble with these speedcams (e.g. false positives, system hangs and music stutter) so i want to remove them completely, i have a separate warning device anyways... Now comes the fun part, how do i do this? The software (POI warner speed camera updater) which is installed on my pc has a remove option, when i put the sd card in my pc, (with the device file on it) and select remove, then put it in my car... nothing happens! They are still there Any1 got a clue?
