Hey Alex, Great additions!! I have a couple quick things. Is it possible to change from North up to 3d or 2d in the new split navi? Also i hit the "X" in the new menu and it does not go away. Is that a bug on my end or a known problem? Thanks, Bryan -

Good start!!! How do the other buttons fit on the screen? Have you thought about stacking them on the left side lilke the old menu...does it all fit? -

I like the small quick menu. I like the ability to look at my options and still see the map screen. Maybe if the large buttons were transparent with no background I would change over. Either way modders out there are making great improvements to the system. -

As far as I know that is all done in the sys.txt. I cant say that I have messed with those settings all that much. Just do some searching. I am sure there are several threads on it. If all else fails you can turn smartzoom off and it should stay at whatever elevation you choose. I was able to replicate the problem with the signposts. I will take a look at it. Thanks for finding it. I cant say I ever use that version of the 2D map so I appreciate it. As a workaround you can turn signposts off to keep them from coming up and throwing the map off until I fix it. Thanks for lookin -

Hey Alex, It it possible to change the default zoom level? I changed: defaultzoom2d=1000 to 2000 on the sys file but I did not notice a difference. Also, I noticed in 2d mode the arrow goes from center to bottom center when a freeway sign pops up. Any way to keep the arrow at center? Thanks, Bryan -

Hi Bryan- Hmm that is not the expected behavior. The current street should show along the top when not navigating and along the bottom when navigating. Turning it off will make it and the background disappear. Did you delete your save files? I have a custom setting for this and I have seen one other person have the conflict you are having when that is not done. Thanks, Alex Deleting the saved files did the trick. Hey Alex, Great job with this mod. I just added it today and it looks great! I do have two questions. Is there a way to desplay the current street name? I noticed the option in the steetings screen but it did not do anthing. Also, when I press the map while driving it does not show the street name but they street that I started from. Thanks, Bryan -

add this code to your navigatemap_800_480.ui ;TRIPCOMPUTER CONTROLS and add this command on whatever button you want to use as your shortcut onrelease='ui_NSEWtripcomp.show' and add this BMP's found in the 800_480 folder IDT_tripcompbg.bmp IDT_tripcompcont_pause.bmp IDT_tripcompcont_resume.bmp. let me know how it goes I'm getting a layer error. I tried to replace my existing trip computer code and add to my current code but no luck. Could I be missing something else? -

I have the same error, I just gave up on it. I never found it. It appears the multiroute stuff is based on something other than just the stock avic software. It appears to work fine with Andr2000 mod, IDT and Diaftia mod but the stock Avic software for some reason keeps kicking up with this error. Good luck. I though the layer issue might have been something in the navigatemap_800_400.ui file but no matter what I tried it never worked. Did you follow "the how to add multiroute" post? I found a missing file in the place 800_480 file but I am still stuck. I can get the multiroute to show o

I found the missing file and added what I thought was everything but now I am getting a new error Parse Error[ expected] Any suggestions out there? Thanks, Bryan

Well, I copied all the files from Diaftia's mods. It seams like I'm missing something I just don't know where to look.
