Leet, garmin losses its satellite signal after about a minute in use, any idea why? then no other maps work.

Would it be possible to add the Radio off and the Screen off buttons at the bottom of the Main Menu Screen, between the Phone and the Settings options? I find sometimes at night the screen seems to bright and would like to turn it off without going into setting menu.

With a larger flash chip I think The HU would run faster and be able to hold more info like TTS, map etc... I'd just like to know if someone in the forum knows anythig about this.

As anybody tried to get and install a flash chip maybe 4 or 8Gb, are they available and can they be installed easily. With the new LeetLauncher I think this would be the ultimate AVIC. If available what would they sell for?

What size SD card do you need to fit all these maps and apps? Where do you find these working maps? I've tried a few and can't get them to work. Only one I got working is IGO8.

For all intent and purposes the startup screen is gone but for a few seconds, the warning screens are still there, these are the ones I’d like to get rid of (before first map and play DVD play). I don’t know if its possible but hoping.

With V2 out, the startup screen is gone for most of the startup which is good, but the rest should be with a clear back ground at least. Now for my second wish the WARNING screens that come up before a DVD and the first map is used if we could get rid of these or at least make them stransparent and a bigger "OK" button so we can tap it without havin to look as hard to hit it, I drive a Subaru Impreza sport hard to hit that small button when the car is moving and if you follow Pioneer's logic and read the warning you'd run off the road.I noticed that MercuyMan was trying to work on this, any pr

Thanks guys for your help but I found a roundabout way to get to the file by recalebrating the screen to be off abit on the top left side.

tried all that now seems like my edit and file folder won't came up when tap on them. Can't get a modyfing my files. can the window be moved around the creen so maybe I can use the file and edit functions.

yes inside wince and avic with stylus. The edit,view etc are ok, only file giving me problems.

I can get in and out of testmode no problem, right corner,bottom right and left coreners work ok, only top left corner were that file folder is, the most important one.

In testmode I tried to open file folder to rename my data.zip file but can't get the screen to respond. I tried to calibrate my screen several times still can't open file folder. Anybody else have this problem, if so please advise. I can't do any modification at the moment. Also if someone knows a workaround.

Right now I have modded my f900 with a few options which I'm very happy with, but still the one that bugs me the most is the "System startup" banner. With the leaps and bounds were making with this hu still no solution?

If you could remove the startup message and warning screens I think that every member would appreciate it very much. If not than keep up the good work your doing.

To me this would be the best hack for this avic hu. I hate seeing that startup screen and having to press OK while I'm driving, it's more hazardous than the message itself.

Do you copy and paste ; to the end of the file "navigatemap_800_480.ui" If so I tried that and it gave me an error mesage, could not boot up. If not could you explain.

Could someone compile a file containing some or all the popular mods requested by the members. Could be downloaded and installed in one operation with specific instructions for all. I would think it would consist of: 1- Remove Blue/Green screen 2- Add some TTS voices 3- Remove the beep sounds and or replace with our own sounds 4- Put a Screen shut down Button on main screen 5- Put a radio off button on main screen 6- Put a generic car picture intead of the arrow in GPS 7- Have GPS show driving up screen all the time or when wanted 8- Bypass parking brake 9- If possible remove wa
