safe to assume this will NOT work on X850BT?

So I just cut the mute wire on my pioneer and hope the att stops. Here is what I am getting though, when I use onstar the x50bt basically shuts down. No maps, audio nothing. When I hang up it boots back up. On a side note the reverse cam doesn't come on when I put the car in reverse but it is on at startup regardless of gear. I have 2007 manual Sky. The gmos's are a pain! What happened to the good ol days when you just needed a harness?!

Well when they say it won't fit they mean it! I had to push the wire harness behind the radio "cave" into the dash just to get the Navigation to slide all the way back, but it is all installed and working. Dash is still apart so I can install the reverse camera coming today. Should have it all done tonight. I'll post pics after.

I just got a 2007 Solstice and bought a X940BT to go in the car. I was told by the salesman that it would fit and then got the wiring harness and size kit. I looked on Crutchfield and it says the model does NOT fit my car BUT it also says the AVIC D3 doesn't and I have seen threads stating the opposite with photos. Before I take my dash apart, is Crutchfield usually right or is it something that can be worked around? Thanks!

Same thing happened to me last year, I ended up getting a fancy alarm after replacing my f9obt. My new alarm will alert me when someone breathes on my car now!! ps: they not only stole my f90 but they got my 160 iPod, gym bag and a bag full of new clothes I had just purchased at Armani. All this at 12:30 in the afternoon in front of the place I was having lunch!!!!

I looked in the zip and couldn't find a multi.poi file. Could it be somewhere else? I saw several catagories that that were 74 and I changed those to 79, don't know if that helped but even more odd. I get the red diamonds not for groups but for some singular businesses. Like a shell gas station by itself will be a diamond unless I zoom in on it and it is a stand alone business. any suggestions? Has anyone added poi's to their 3.0 update? I am not interested in using different maps than the stock ones, I am happy with those but I hate that I can't see the poi's as logo icons. So sick of the knife and fork!!!! Is there a way to change them out on 3.0 and if there is a way can someone give me instructions? Also is there a difference between the 3.0 torrent and the official 3.0 that is going to be released? I was going to buy the new cards but I did the download and want to know if it will just be a waste to buy the same firmware update and maps.... Thanks

also mine has NEVER recognized contacts when receiving calls. The only time a name is on the screen is when I speed dial from my f90...

My BT hangs up when I turn the car off regardless of switching to my iPhone first!!!! Very annoying, I have to tell people, "I'll call you back cause my car is going to hang up on you" every time I reach my destination!!!

Never mind, I was over thinking it. I have the new icons and I LOVE THEM. I would love to have my car (black tiburon) on the map but beggar's can't be choosers lol!!!

riddle me this, I want the apple theme but I work with only mac computers so this zipping and unzipping doesn't work for me. I want the generic layout you made. I downloaded your "generic destination" rapidshare link. If I don't want to make any changes to what you've already created, ie iphone ipod safari map images. can I just copy the zip over to the sd and copy it to my f90 as is? and what folder do I copy it to? ok so I thought I did everything right. I placed the sub folders on the root of my sd but all I get is the leetlauncher v3.0 screen with "system is starting up. Please wait" I waited 10 min to no avail. What am I doing wrong here? Also is the ipod working with leetlauncher now or is all the music/movies supposed to be on the sd card? Help David

thanks for the reply, I have a f90bt not a 500 if that makes a difference and my main concern is will the leet remove my current gps and maps that were apart of the 3.0 update or will they stay in place with icons for tom tom and garmin? I use my navigation and my ipod for music/video's. I don't listen to the radio and I don't have sat radio. I just really like the screen shots of leet at the begining of this thread and would like the set up like that on my f90bt. I guess the question is, once I install all of the software, the stock maps will work and my ipod will work with cover flow?
