  1. So I actually do need the non bose harness than? I thought that wasnt necessary if I was getting the GMAHCM (retains door chimes). Or do I just need the GMAHCM as well? What exactly is the GMAH24 actually needed for? Thanks for the replies guys!
  2. I have a 2002 GMC Envoy. I am getting confused as what I would need in order to keep the basic things going in my car after the install. I am getting different answers from different installers and it's probably because they are trying to make more money off of me. All I need is for my door chimes to keep working like usual.   3. Bump. Im interested in buying a unit with repair tech. Has anyone actually purchased it and had to go through using the repair tech?
  4. I primarily will be using the z1 for the bluetooth besides the navigaton ofcourse and have been hearing that the bluetooth adapter that pioneer has are junk. Anyone try an alternative to the bluetooth adapter that pioneer sells for the z1? I know of one which is the parrot or whatever. I don't know too much about it. What are you guys using besides the adapter that pioneer has? Thanks alot!

When you are talking to someone tell them to help you out.Turn the phone volume down and adjust the Volume on the HU. Start from 3 turn it up 'till the other party says it's free of echo.   7. Great Find! Has anyone actually taken advantage and tried out the "repair tech" warranty these sites are talking about? I called Pioneer today and asked them about it, and they said they have nothing to do with it.
  8. OK, I just found out they do not take the $25.00 off because it excludes receivers??? Thats weird. Also, the free shipping doesn't apply because it excludes receivers also. So total is $1449.99 including shipping.
  9. Has anyone tried thecamerapros.com to purchase their z1? They have it for $1399.99 online and if you camm to order it, they would take off an extra $25.00 making it only $1374.99.
