Fixed Update: Pulled out connector from back of deck, noticed 1 pin had pushed back in to the connector harness. Pushed out, and now it works.

I guess I am gonna try the same thing now too. Its just a pain to pull apart a VW dash. (just my luck too. I should have tested before I put it all back together) I tried both a v1.3 and a v1.2.1 5G ipod on mine. I still get the Error-11.

UPDATE: I have now tested a v1.2.1 5G Video Ipod and same problem. I guess replace the cable...

Hi all, Been searching for hours now. Both here and on google for an Error 11 Issue. I have reset the ipod, re-installed v1.3 software even set the tv out to on, even im not trying to play video. I just cant get it to work. The D3 charges not a problem. I have tried changing the charge option, reconnected it, same problem. I am almost out of ideas here. Is it that v1.3 does not work? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Im about to lose my mind here.
