Hi, Does the AVIC-D3 support the CD-UB100 USB unit? It lists the D2 via IP-Bus thus in theory it should work on the D3 but due to it's price and fun times installing decks I would like to confirm this first. I tried search the forums and I only found a thread about the Z2. Thank you,

I have everything working on my AVIC-D3 but when I don't have the navigation disc in the unit it does not store any map data while I roam, it just zooms out to show the Provence/State, is this by design in this release? with the previous release that came with the unit it would retain basic data for a small area of my city when I did not have the map DVD in the unit.

For some silly reason I though I needed the remote to reset , fixed now that I re-thought about it, thx.

My D3 is messed up after updating. After I updated my D3 with the east disc and everything works but my disc mode navigation screen is gone and I cannot get it back, it's hidden and I cannot restore it. All I see is the song title and folder name on the bottom of the screen. I press on the screen like you normally would to restore it but nothing happens. Any ideas? I run a DVD full of mp3's so using the skip buttons on the face is not realistic. Oddly the menu is fine in Radio mode.
