Ok after I upgraded the software I can no longer pair my phone. It worked b4...any ideas?

After I installed the updated softwaree the video mod stopped working....even though th wire is grounded it tells me not allowed....worked b4 the upgrade.

Well pretty much when I start my car its hit or miss with the sound coming on. All is installed per direction...I have never had a problem before with installs. When the sound goes out I have to turn off the car and try to start again to see if it kicks back on.

Grrr!! Someone please help....I get sound..then no sound then sound. I even pulled it out to make sure no faulty connections or metal touching and would not work...put it back in and started the car and it works....plays for 10mins then out again?!?!?!

So if u have the GEX-P10XMT it does nothing...just music and news?

I see where u can change it to the default stored screens. What about custom background? I checked the forum only to find the custom background images..not how to change to custom images

No audio anywhere...not even menu beeping... comes and goes.

The sound seems to bouce around....one time i'll start the car and no sound...then I'll get back out and get in and start it with sound??! Whats going on?

Dont know what happened but I have sound and everything is working....fits in the dash with dash cover is in place.

The unit did have sound..now it does not....radio is on and functioning. Checked all wires and all is good. Any ideas?

Yes...cut the metal post in the dash last night....so today I will see if I can get it back far enough..the room is there just have to get it to sit right.
