  1. make sure you get good fm reception. msn direct uses a data version of fm frequency. my msn direct didnt work till i updated to 2.0 also
  2. i use the 30gb classic which is the earliest you can use so as long as yours came out the same time as 5th gen or later you should be fine
  3. you should just tap the screen to make video info appear/disappear. the ipod thing i have no clue. i have the same 30gb classic and mine works fine. maybe you need to update the navi if you can
  4. highly doubt the 4th gen will work dont think the 4th gen has the right software to work with 3rd party hardware
  5. make sure the balance and fade settings are even and check the connections to the speakers
  6. or go to pioneers site directly and download it. comes with instuctions too
  7. its defintly either the amp, speakers or a bad connection. also make sure the balance and fade is even
  8. either press and hold down the reset buttton (looks like a tiny hole) or reinstall the latest update
  9. i would eith check the amp wire(tells the sub to turn on and off). if that doesnt work, just reinstall the latest update.
  10. their in the forums somewhere. i found them about 5 months ago but i cant remember where
  11. when i first got my f90bt, msn direct didnt work either till i updated it. after i updated to 2.0 it didnt work again but i just had to hit the reset button and it works fine. i just live on the outskirts of las vegas so signal is pretty worthless so i dont use it
  12. ya i get the same thing. ive even restored my ipod and updated the vr but no luck. the only thing i havent done is restored the navi
