Im getting sound but i cant change tracks or input, and the z2 stays stuck on the first pioneer screen, i am able to put volume up and down, but all i get is the PIONEER flash screen and it stays stuck on that....any ideas?

i need a custom backround for a black mercedes benz car...start up image and background please.
