I need immediate help please! i'm currently in the process of deleting everything in my disk storage, but i'm able to take off everything EXCEPT the USERS file. Is this suppose to happen or is there something i'm not doing right? thx in advance

I've had my 700bt for about 4-5 months now and during the first 3 months it's worked perfectly fine. Recently though, while starting up my car up, my screen only shows the words pioneer and all the copyright info, but then shortly turns all black. The screen doesn't go to the menu, rather just stays pitch black. The thing i have to do in order to make it go to it's regular menu's is press the 'Map' button 10 seconds after it's pitch black and it then shows everything on the screen. Could somebody please help me fix this issue, i have no idea what it could've been. Thanks.

I was wondering if anybody has the model "7010bt" or knows anything about it (i can't find it online at all) . I was told that it was identical to the 700bt model and if so could somebody please clarify this for me.
