I apologize but I was not able to find the info inside this thread. How do we go about changing the Red Diamond icon to a car, truck, etc? I noticed in one of the screen shots by Abb1 they had an orange car. Thanks in advance.

Did you have to do anything special to get your contacts synced with droid? I have it synced up via BT but for some reason the contacts dont want to sync?? I have the newest droid update.

I have a Blackberry bold and previously had a nokia e71. Both phones work fine with my F90BT and seem to pair no problems. My two issues which I'm having with my Bold is that lets say I'm on the phone and get into my car and continue talking. The bluetooth connections from both the BB and F90 connect but it does not switch over to the F90 through the speakers and microphone. This used to always work with my Nokia and worked seamlessly. I know there is an option on the Bold to activate through handset, external device etc but none of these work. And no matter what I do if I want to u

I have an F90BT which was updated to v3.0 (legit version). I have noticed that every so often after bootup I get a blank top "Title bar/Description bar" when using XM,RADIO,CD, etc. which is rather annoying and will after a few minutes usually reappear. I have to click over to maps or menu screen then back to Radio/XM, etc. I"m attaching a screen shot of what I'm talking about. Has anyone else experienced this?

I don't mean to come across as a smart A#@# but I realize everyone's suggestion that if you go to Maps first and click ok then you will not have this problem. My point is just like this morning I get into the car and within minutes the wife calls my phone, the caller id box pops up on the screen and immediately the safety disclaimer with the OK button pops up right BEHIND the caller id box and there is no way of hitting OK. Its just really annoying to have a blacked out screen when your having a phone conversation because you forgot to go and hit MAPS first. This was pretty stupid on P

Thanks, but that doesn't always happen. Just thought I might be missing something or if the software was quirky. I'm about positive the previous software did not do this b/c I tend to only use the gps map on trips, etc and mainly keep it on the xm or radio screen.

I'm sure i'm not explaining this well. Example: I get in the car, radio comes on to XM screen, bluetooth connects, I'm cruising along and decide to make a call, I dial the number on my phone and the popup calling screen comes up on the pioneer. At the same time the OK safety disclaimer button comes up but its set in the background and I'm unable to hit the OK button. Now I'm stuck driving around with a safety disclaimer screen. I have an F90BT and its been upgraded to version 3.0 (legitimate purchase) and I have noticed that when I place a call or receive a call when the call starts via bluetooth that the Pioneer Safety disclaimer [OK] button comes up (in the background) but you are not able to select the button because the active calling box shows up on the screen, not allowing you to hit the button. I don't recall this ever happening with the pre 3.0 version. I remember that when you placed a call the unit would switch directly to the MAP view not requiring you to hit the (safety disclaimer) OK button. This

crtlv, thank you!!!! I took your directions to the Bestbuy installer who did my 07 Avalanche and it worked perfectly. He did the PESWIPS the other day per instructions and it would work periodically if at all. He commented that without your instructions he would have had no idea. Anybody with the Avy having problems I suggest you do crtlv instructions. Thanks again.
