Here may be another tip: I ordered mine about a week ago from 6thAve. I found it on Amazon, and I had some questions so I just called them up to ask, then ended up ordering. Anyhow, the guy asked me how much Amazon wanted for it, and I told him $639, which it was. But, had I been thinking on my feet, I probably could have saved some $$$. Clearly, he took what I told him and invoiced me for exactly that. So if you call and plan to order, be ready to name your price, within reason I'm sure.

I too am curious about this pre-loaded enclosure. It's fairly inexpensive and with the right amp, seems like it could do a good job wihout killing much space. Anybody with experience?

I just pulled the trigger on a f90bt thanks to the response I've found here for previous queries, and I've got one more question. I've found a variety of opinions on dash kits for 2008-2009 double-din dash kits. Does anybody know which kit, if any, I need for this deck in my car? There's a great WRX site, I know, but it's been down for a while. Thanks again.

I have done a search or seven without finding a direct response on this, so bear with me. I just got a new car and I think I'm going to order the f90bt this week. I'm going to piece together a complete system over the next year or so, including two amps, a mono for a sub and a 4-channel for the doors. The 4-channel will likely be the last component. What I'd like to know is, will the 4V pre out on the f90bt improve the quality of my bass, when that will initially be the only thing amped? I think I'm sold on the 4V's of the f90bt simply because I want to have the potential to do all I can
