no one has any ideas?

Hey guys...So I am hooking wires up this morning and I go to look for the Illumination wire and there isnt one on the harness that they gave me?? It even says Illumination.....orange, but on the harness its not there. All there is is a dimmer pos and dimmer neg ??? What I am wondering is if it would be ok to hook the Illumination wire to dimmer pos?

I cant figure out how people can buy something and not know what it does and doesnt do???? Sighhh....... you can play movies off the ipod....the sd card...... or the usb!!! Thats all

When I had bought mine my brother was with me and he has a 02 chevy and for my truck the parts for the install cost 40 bucks for my f150 and his costs 200 bucks!!!!!! Something about the onstar and how it works with the radio... im not sure but because it had onstar it raised the cost???

I knew about that way already... but since its not going in my truck for awhile yet, I was wondering if there was a way to find out by a serial number or manufactureing date or something... But I guess I will find out soon enough...
