Just went to the Pioneer website to check on the 3.0 map/firmware update.........site is down!

Just had the same exact problem with my new 700BT. Had to remove it and send it back to Pioneer! I did talk to one of their techs, CLUELESS! Tried to blame it on the fact that I installed it myself!!
