I have the same problem, I have tried to get some help by posting a couple times, and I got no response. Mine doesn't do it every time I get in the truck, just sometimes, but usually I can just hit the reset button and the screen will start to work. At first I thought my unit was bad, but after reading on these forums, im realizing this unit is just really buggy. Good luck to you.

I can't get my bluetooth to work. It worked the first night that I installed it, now it wont connect to anything. does the bluetooth work off of the nav antenna, or is it internal? Has anyone had a problem with the bluetooth just not working?

Sup install gurus, I have been searching and searching all over these forums, not to say its not here, just ready to install and im still unsure. First off I moved the mute wire to the other location, so now what do I do with the mute wire, ground it? Also im not sure, but I believe the black with gray on the factory harness is the vss wire? Also the reverse wire, is that the black with pinkish purple stripe off the fuse panel under the dash on driver side? And for the e brake, do I just ground that off the ground (black wire)? And last can I just put the nav antenna on top of the head u
