Thanks guys for all advice, gives me a direction to go in, super forum

I am going to add Sirius Satellite to my F900bt, I have a 2007 Ford F-150 Super Crew truck and i have my GPS antenna installed underneath the little tray that is on top of the middle of the dash (those with ford trucks know the tray that I am talking about). I have never had a reception problem with the antenna installed here, what I was wondering was does anyone think that I can also mount the Sat Antenna in the same place and get a good reception, without having to run the antenna cable through the weather stripping to mount it on the roof of the truck. Any advice would be greatfully apreci

ya was thinking the same thing, i notcied when i start my truck up and the unit is starting up i can see the flash drive light coming on and the drive bieng accessed by the unit while it is booting up, but right before the unit gets through booting up, the light on the flsh drive goes out and then nothing, have to unplug it and plug it back in I have another flash drive that is only 4 GB and it doesnt have this problem, so maybe it is the size of the drive itself

I just bought a USB Patriot Xporter 32GB Flash Drive to use with my F900, it works great when i plug it in but the F900 is alot slower accessing the drive then a SD card, but the problem is when I turn the vehichle off and turn it back on the F900 will not see that the flash drive is plugged in, I have to unplug the drive and plug it back in for the unit to see it again, pain in the butt, has anyone else had this problem??

I'm installing a reverse camera with my F-900 on my 07 f-150,was wondering where others who have this kind of truck and this kind of setup hooked up the Reverse Gear Signal Input wire from the F-900 so when you put it in reverse the camera comes on??

Thanks for all the wonderful reply's, you guys are great, UPS is delivering my F900 on Tuesday, installing it in my 2007 F-150 FX4 4 door crewcab, I have installed simple radios before ( simple power, ground, and speaker wires) but never a nav unit, so this will be new to me. Wonder if anyone that has a dash mount antenna have any problems of reception when the windshield wipers are on and should I mount the antenna on the dash as close to the windshield as possible?
