  1. Actually no I didn't until my post earlier, thanks for the help. Now I just need to figure out how to set the clock in the A/V side, the reason I didn't know it was a clock is it's 3 hours off. I always thought it had something to do with the folder/file number on my source.
  2. Okay, now I know why I have never realized that was a clock, it is 3 hours off. How do you set it? I have looked through the manual and all the screens and if I just missed it then I's a dumy. Any help would be good. and thanks catch edit: Also has anyone made it bigger or moved it yet? I think it would mean, from reading posts, hacking the executable files, but has anyone done it yet?
  3. Has anyone added a clock to the A/V side of the unit? I have a F700 and do not always have the map up and running, especially when searching for music and such, but I wish there was a clock on the A/V side, or is this a feature I have not run across. I searched this forum but have come up with nothing thus far. Thanks
  4. I will bump this as as I am very interested in adding a clock to all the screens in addition to the nav screen. Has anyone done this yet?
  5. yiyasss read throught the whole post and you will find it. Thanks guys the software bypass worked great for me once I finally used winrar instead of winzip. Lovin every minute of it.
  6. If you could post pics and a list of the products that you have used and the configuration would be great, I am sure a lot of us want to add the hdd flexibility to our systems. thanks
  7. According to Pioneer the only hdd's that can be powered are single layer drives such as used in the ipod 16gb and smaller. The usb cable only provides 500mA of power to run the drive. Most usb hdd's require more than this amount. You should check the manufacturers info before buying the drive. I am currently mulling over adding a power inverter to run an external hdd from and connecting to my 700bt. Let us know what you have found out.
