  1. Don't get me wrong, but the F900BT is (was) a great product before i had any issues with it. It's like any product thats available to buy on the market, its fine UNTIL it goes wrong and you have to deal with that companies customer services. Am i wrong? No, im not on this forum to boast how great the product is, the fact is that forums like this survive because of two types of people, the ones that are enquizitive and want to see what more they can do with their purchase and the other type which have problems with their unit and because Pioneer told me that no one else had had any issues i was
  2. Don't even buy the thing, i've had no end of trouble with it, had it 6 months and it reboots every 20 seconds. Pioneer want to repair it but theres several people with the same issue on here and they've had the suggested repair and its still doing it! Not to mention the amount of other problems with the unit! I'd find something else if i was buying an in car media solution again, 10 out of 10 for their interface and features but theres an extreamly big problem and thats the software that has been written for it, IT DOESN'T WORK!!!!!!! SORT IT OUT PIONEER
  3. Pioneer are crap all they want to do is repair the unit of 6 months old! Loads of people on here saying they've had the "repair" carried out and their unit is still rebooting!! When i remove the GPS antenna the unit resumes its normal behaviour i just can't obviously use the iGO navigation functions. Has anyone found out what the cause or fix is for this yet as its only since i installed the 2.0 update that this error has been occuring. I have NO mods to this unit what so ever. The testmode files didn't work i just recieved an Error of the MapDBInfo file or something, didn't quite ca
  4. Hi pyrofallout, i've been on alot of forums and also read through the terms and conditions of the unit and that wasn't fun believe me. From what i gather pioneer won't cover any units sold on ebay because it is against their terms and conditions, only those units that have been purchased from a retailer with a store receipt will be covered under their warrenty! So looks like you may have trouble unless you can get a proper invoice or receipt for your purchase. I spoke to pioneer UK 2 days ago and this was my third call to them, on the other two occasions i spoke to two extreamly un
  5. Well another one to the list, perhaps the more people we can get on here complaining about the unit the better customer service we will get as currently i am getting none, they want to repair the unit, but after 5 months of use and £800 i want a replacement immediately! I don't think this is unfair but i've been to halfords who sold me the unit, my credit card company and PIONEER and they were all extreamly unhelpful about this issue! The unit was not modded in anyway, shape or form! installed the 2.0 update from their website onto my SD card and the unit was fine for an hour and now
