  1. Is there anyway to make finding POIs sort by distance? I was meeting a friend at awful house (waffle house) and knew it was in the area (<1mile) and when I searched for Waffle House I had to scroll past 4 or 5 pages of waffle houses 200-500 miles away looking for the one that was .1 mile from me. Why in the hell would someone design a system that did not list the Search sorting by distance (nearest first)?
  2. I heard that a standard iPod cable works, you just don't get video? That correct? $55 for the CD-IU50V seems like a rip-off to me.
  3. I've heard its hit-or-miss. I am in agreement, the $15 cable on eBay looks very tempting. I did notice that some of the "generic" cables will have 3 or 4 bands on the 1/8" jack. Be sure to get one with the 4 bands, as it supports the video.
  4. As the topic says: Shaker 1000 + X920BT + PAC C2R-FRD1 (2008 Mustang GT) I was told that the Blue/White from AVIC & Blue/White from PAC go together (makes sense). I was also told to wire in the Blue (Antenna) into it as well, to help "power it". Is this correct? TIA!
  5. It does this type of navigation all the time. This was a pretty short "detour" that fit on the screen this time so I took a picture of it. Most of the time it will send me miles out of the way just to re-merge back on the road I was traveling on to begin with... I tried adjusting the routing settings from Easiest, Economy, etc, but they have no effect on this type of behavior. I bought the F90BT to replace the gadgets I had in my truck (Nuvi GPS & Harmon Karmon Drive N'Play), unfortunately with the F90BTs poor routing, I use the Nuvi for GPS routing and the F90BT just for an overhead v
  6. Anyone have issues with the GPS routing? The GPS routing is terrible, take a look here: I am heading down state bridge road, and it wants turn on kimball bridge, then on State Bridge Way, then back on State Bridge...... uhh, why not just go straight?
  7. Back! The F90BT is installed and I'm loving it! When I arrived at Digital Car Audio, I met with one of the managers and we went over the install locations for the mic and ipod, and he asked me if I wanted the hardware bypass! l l After the work order was written up, two installers tag teamed the installation. The install process took less than 45 minutes, and when the installation was complete, they syncd my iphone and imported my contacts for me. The manager also gave me a quick 10-15 minute overview on the unit, explaining how to navigate, and how to use the voice activated commands.
  8. Brown just dropped off my F90BT and about to head out to have it installed by Digital Car Audio of Duluth, GA.
