I had this exact same issue! That's how mine started when it was super cold out the music and audio for like when you touch a button the "beep" sound wouldn't start... the navigation would talk, the ipod said it was playing but no sound, the XM said it was playing, again no sound. Normally I would just press the little reset button on the outside of the navigation unit and then once restarted the unit would work perfectly... NOW, however, for the past couple days, this is driving me nuts, I get no audio what so ever.... the unit is working perfectly all options ect... i've tried readjusting th

awesome awesome job diaftia... i just updated 3.01 yesterday, havn't been on avic411 in quite sometime... i'm glad in stalled your data.zip and mods I couldn't be happier... i like other people on here with the latest firmware, getting those "no right turn" symbols ocassionally as well, no biggie... this has so many little functions and tricks to it i played with it for like an hour to figure everything out... now i can't imagine how many hours that took to throw everything together, much thanks.

i've been reading the navigate.ui and various coding files and I can't seem to locate the option where the ipod ablum comes up I would like to know where the file is located and adjust the x and y numbers to move it to the left side or remove it completely... somebody help!

gotcha thanks for info I need all basic help i can get yeah i tried to do that it didn't work also before that code I tried didn't work I copied the image file over and I used the code is favorite spelled wrong maybe thats why it never showed up?

wow well that broke it down really well! geez thanks that makes sense for all the coding crap lol... so now that I some what understand it is the first favorite spelled wrong with "favourite" ???? also so the top left corner is 0-0 and the bottom right 800-480 so is it kind of a guessing game till you get the right cordinates?

hey thanks a lot buddy can you explain to me the coding behind this and further more the x and y axis numbers and how exactly you know what numbers to use in regards to the actual location they will apear on a nav unit?

i'm been messing with my navigatemaps file all night i've been trying to set a "favorites" button on the bottom right directly above the ipod album picture... i keep messing it up I can't make a good bit image and figure out the correct coding... if somebody could help me or guide me in the right direction i'm interested and willing to learn coding and also need help with picture editing software please and thankyou!

people say this is not possible but I disgagree I believe there are 6 different icons for the contacts although they all look alike each one is a different color which makes it a different file in the incons folder and mine being with the motorola Q I couldnt sync my contacts so I only transfer people the 6 people I call most... each contact has there own color icon... so technically you could change the icon picture to a picture of the person if you wanted but you could only with this with 6 people total... just a thought

no apologies you've been a huge help in my whole programming thing here just to clarify for the replacing section: Code: map.ZOOMCONTROL_SHOW 1 with this Code: map.ZOOMCONTROL_SHOW 0 there's only 2 files that contain the "map.ZOOMCONTROL_SHOW 1"under the ui_pioneer->common->ui they are: -browsemap (1 code to replace) -navigatemap (2 codes to replace) I just went through them all to save you some time for you guys i also just copied over you new coding section to remove the map source i'm going to go check it now and i'll update the info... thanks again

and doesn't clear them all... i think a mod should edit the first post and clear this up that way people don't have to go thru 4 pages and still find a wrong answer... this is a really cool mod and i'm sure people are going to way a good DIY for it and like most of us on here we not computer programers! bump for the code that clears them all!
