  1. Looked through all the pages for a contacts icon with an LG EnV and couldn't find one. So I decided to teach myself some basic photoshop functions and create one The files (normal and push) are in the zip file for anyone else looking for an EnV icon... EnV icon.zip
  2. Map updates for the F series will be in about a month. Sorry Jason for bein a PAIN in the rear but what about for the Z/N/D series and when you get that info can u find out as well if the updates will make our maps look similar to the NEW way Pioneer are releasing their map animation please. Hey kryngle check here: viewtopic.php?t=24318 He answered your question a little while ago in the original thread in which you asked it...
  3. 6ave.com is also currently running their "Name Your Price" promotion right now so you can get it for cheaper than the $198 that their page is showing. I was able to use their "Name Your Price" a couple months ago to get a F90bt for $475 with free shipping when their page showed they were selling it for $598...
  4. Hey guys...got the unit installed. Started yesterday, took a break to go wine tasting and finished this morning. Overall not too bad of an installation. There were a few hiccups, most of them my fault but at least one was an issue with the unit. I installed the gps antenna in the stock location which is to the right of the speedo. http://www.8thcivic.com/forums/i-c-e-el ... lease.html I installed the microphone behind the slits in the center dash panel on the lower left side. I'm not exactly sure what this opening was originally for although I heard it was for a climate control sensor
  5. Nope, no need to install the other firmware. Just copy the three bluetooth files for the bluetooth software revision you want to install onto a blank SD card. Disconnect any ipod, iphone, or usb before turning the unit on. Insert the SD card into the unit, turn the unit on, go to phone-> phone settings-> bluetooth software update -> software update. It will begin updating the bluetooth software which will take a few minutes. That's it... Thanks BartlettCharlie...my unit wouldn't recognize any of the four phones I tried out of the box. It was as if they didn't exist. But once I did
  6. Hey man If it says premium sound on your radio than you definatly have an amplifier (look under the driver seat from the back and you should see it, its covered with a metal shell.) In my SI sedan I have and we have the same sound system as the 4dr EX. It actually doesn't say premium on my radio. Check out these threads from 8thcivic.com. http://www.8thcivic.com/forums/i-c-e-el ... -unit.html http://www.8thcivic.com/forums/i-c-e-el ... sedan.html http://www.8thcivic.com/forums/introduc ... odels.html The EX Sedan does not have the premium sound system. The EX Coupe, SI Co
  7. The OEM Dash Kit is about $24 from the link I posted previous. The EX Sedan actually doesn't have a stock amplifier only the EX Coupe does so I think I'm ok. Don't ask me why it's this way but it is. I've been using the threads over at 8thcivic.com for info. You may want to browse there for info as well Hitman...
  8. $175 for the new dash piece is ridiculous. I am doing the same install this weekend in my '08 EX Sedan. I bought the OEM Dash Piece for the civic model w/ navigation and side brackets from www.hondaautomotiveparts.com for $40. The navigation trim ring from Scosche directly for $8. The Scosche HA10B Wiring Harness and HAAB Antenna Adapter from 'volaudio' on ebay for $15. I'm not sure if you have steering wheel controls or not but if you do you will need a steering wheel interface from PAC Audio Model PAC SWI-PS which I purchased on Amazon from 'CarAudioDeals' for ~$45. I went with the OEM
  9. Thanks for your help, nip! Just used 6ave's "Name Your Own Price" Promotion to get the F90bt for just under $500 as well. Anybody looking to get the F90bt, check out the promotion on 6ave. You can offer them whatever pice you want and wait for an email response as to whether or not they've accepted your offer. Once you get an email saying they accepted your offer, you have seven days to purchase at that price. Hurry though, the offer ends tomorrow...
  10. What price did you offer? I have been looking at getting the F90bt through 6ave on amazon but earlier in the week it was around $590...
