I do not have a DATA.zip in the files I just downloaded - is this the data FOLDER not a zip file?

So Ive browsed the forums and none of the problems seem to be this... My deck goes into a reboot loop with no error messages or prompts. I have no mods, and I get the pioneer screen, it gets brighter, it dies... no sound, no touch no nothing and goes back to booting @ the pionner screen. I can get in if I hold reset and eject, then it works no problem until I turn my car off... what could cause this / how do I fix it?? Thanks, J
