  1. 2.0. Honestly I've just been scared to upgrade to 3.0.
  2. I've not had any problems with my radio until this morning... had it for many months trouble free. I've not done any mods in months (6 or so) and have had no changes otherwise with the vehicle. Yesterday all was playing just fine, today the audio is cutting out on all everything (stereo or any of the other interfaces - iPod, AV2, etc). The audio plays and then temporarily cuts for a split second, like there is a "skip" in the track or something. At first I thought maybe the iPod was just starting to die but tried it on some headphones and it's fine. I then tried using another source (pand
  3. I bought a bluetooth adapter from ebay for about $20 and wired it in with RCA's to one of the rear inputs (well, specifically mine is run through an AV switchbox and then into AV2). The bluetooth adapter works in stereo, so when I get into the car my phone connects and I can then stream Pandora for free. I don't use bluetooth on the radio itself very often... here and there but it increases the boot time long enough that I don't leave it on by default. I'd tolerate it if it were faster, but for $20 I have a better solution that works just as well and doesn't require any real guess work
  4. Here is probably an easy one for someone... I now have the picture of my truck working but there are two problems. 1) when I hit my clock it brings up the address/house numbers under the truck... the truck is sitting too "low" and needs to be raised some so that the numbers appear under it 2) when I drive across a street it is crossing the road at the front of my truck (where the point of the arrow used to be). Basically, I'd like to raise the truck by the width of my house numbers. Which value to I raise? I noticed something different in the navigate.ui file from the 800x480.ui f
  5. Thx for the reply, appreciate the help. Next two items are getting the alerts working for my cameras and then changing theme colors. I haven't yet given the alerts a shot but the colors seem oddly difficult for me. lol
  6. woa... got it! sheesh, only took a couple weeks!
  7. Is there anybody who can double check my work (see a couple posts up). I tried creating a new .bmp file thinking that the file may be corrupt and wasn't able to make any progress. I then tried Steph's .bmp file and had the same problem... "System startup in progress. Please wait." Several minutes later the system reboots. Thanks for the help!!!
  8. If it routes through the PAC box then you should have a volume control on the PAC module itself (look for a dial - my instructions said I had to remove the "lid/casing" of the PAC in order to get to the volume control on the board but the dial itself was actually visible and easy to get to without disassembly). My door chimes were too loud until I turned down the volume on the PAC module.
  9. I've had some challenges getting this going and have checked my code over and over. I'm assuming that I have a bad .bmp file and am hoping that someone can help me make one the right way. Attached is a copy of my truck (two images in a .zip file, both 3d) from the back that I'd like to use for the 3d car, can someone help me make an image??? Thanks!!!!
  10. I shot Stephanie a PM but figured I should ask here too and see if anybody else could help. I followed your instructions on page 4 and am finding myself having some trouble... I was hoping you could offer some guidance as I have double checked my work twice and can't seem to get what should be easy. I have a car3d.bmp file that I created which is a picture of my car from the back. The .bmp was created per the instructions on page 1 of this thread. I added the following to the bottom of sys.txt... [map] 3d_scale_carmodel=1 3dcarsizemin=30 3dcarsizemax=40 3dcarsizemul=20
  11. I’ve run into a challenge getting this to work. The main highways around me have a posted speed limit that shows up on the unit, but it shows up naturally as the speed limit number with a white circle surrounded by a red line. I’d like this to show properly if at all possible on a normal speed limit sign, similar to what is at the beginning of this post. See pictures. The first picture shows the lower left side of the screen with “your speed†and “altitude†with NO speed limit sign, this is expected for streets without a posted speed limit that iGo reads. The second picture s
  12. I want just your color schemes only. I like the whole thing if I could get rid of the top left stuff. I have the speed limit/your speed mod on the lower left side when not in navigation mode. I like seeing those icons over there. I'd like to use my current mods with your theme.
  13. going to the top level now... this would be great
  14. Could somebody post the CODE that is required for the redlight and speed cameras? I have tried pulling down some files and placing them in my data.zip file but I end up rebooting every 3-4 minutes. I've already done 10 or so mods, so I really don't want to dump other files down on top of what I already have without knowing what's in them (that something I have won't be over written). Can someone paste the code for each of the files that require it?? I saw a couple other people asking for this too but I think they got lost in some of the other questions. Many thanks!!
  15. Last update for now. I deleted the files located in 'My Flash Disk/USER/UserData/iGo/save' and 'My Flash Disk/USER/UserData/SETUP' and the unit reset initially to what looked like a factory default setting… had to select English, etc. There were 20 files and folders in the first folder, 5 in the second. Seemed to hang up longer than normal during the boot process but finally “came to†without the system startup message (realistically 1 minute). I hit the map button and all of my mods were still in place (I rolled to my “mod 05†data.zip file before doing this). I left the truck ru
