  1. Thanks for this message. My IPod stopped working very soon after installing 3.0. It may occasionaly play, but will immediately shut down. I took the cable out, thinking it was that, but I'll try to use this, and update if it works for me.
  2. I'm in the same boat as you. To figure it out, I took out the ipod cables, and jus tried to play a flash-drive. Same thing. It would connect occasionally, but would never last that long before powering off. I'm pretty sure the problem is the USB connection inside the actual AVIC, but I don't feel comfortable opening that thing up to fix it. Sorry I don't have a solution, but I feel we are seeing the same thing here.
  3. You need to the do the software hack again. Try viewtopic.php?t=17715
  4. Used CMH, but then switched to GNASR (Sorry CMH, the clock's too small and colorful). Love them both, so much better than base. Leet's screens look amazing, but it's still too early for me to deal with all the headaches.

    peace out.

Nope. Just installed this and I've got the hardware bypass. No problems. CMH - Thanks for all your hard work. Looks great!
  6. Sorry, I don't have your answer, but another question. Anyone here tried it with the new 3rd gen Shuffles? They have no controls on them at all (playback is managed by a control in the headphone wire), so I just wanted to see if they worked before I bought one. Thanks in advance!
