Thanickel- Make sure the "Full Cockpit" settings are set to "Off" in the navi settings, and that should take care of your problem

hmmm,...very strange.I cannot reproduce this. I hide right panel,..exit map(go to Ipod or something) then press "map" button(either one,..hardware mounted, and software button),..all looks good. Hello- I have taken IDT's latest version(4.0) and added my Navi skin.This means that new features he added like multi route planning and Trip Computer are available. I also have taken some feedback and enhanced my skin as well. -more fonts are consistent with the yellow scheme -There are now more options for hiding and showing the cockpit info panels 1- little arrow next to right panel will hide right panel only, pressing little arrow again will bring it back 2-Added a button to the left of the 2D/3D button at the top that will now hide ALL cockpit info panels and d

there is a little arrow on the left of that panel,..just press it and the panel goes away.Press the little arrow again and its back. Put that in just in case it was too cluttered for some people. If you want to more permanent solution,..i can post the lines of code you need to pull out.

The line of code you have in your example is not the one you are looking for. that code refers to the text and the little street icon. the code you need to find is something like this,.. " (It should be right above or below the code you have in your example) If you want to change the color of that background,..you will have to make your own colored box(not hard to do)

The rest of the button images will be in the 800_480 folder within the DATA.ZIP file of my mod. So there are 2 spots you need to make sure you havve my images loaded,... "Image.res" in APL and in the "800_480" folder in the DATA.ZIP file. I think I included both in my post.

Not sure I am seein that,..where exactly are you referring to? Are we talkin mph units or elevation units? Cruise mode or Navi mode? I may not have caught everything,..but am interested in fixing anything you all may find. Keep me posted.

You have to make your own images for that. Basically,..you'll need to create your own images, and replace mine. these are the files you need to change: 2d view car image: daycar.bmp daycarghost.bmp nightcar.bmp nightcarghost.bmp These are found in your "DATA.ZIP" file in "ui_pioneer/common" 3d view car image: car3d.bmp These are found in your "DATA.ZIP" file in "ui_pioneer/800_480" I learned how to do it from this post... viewtopic.php?f=34&t=17490

Just copy the files in to the locations specified,..no renaming of the files required. Most of the files will be replacing the old ones...so u will get that file overwrite confirmation message when copying them over

yea,..there are a couple things I am still tweakin with,..thanks for the feedback! Not entirely happy with the locations of the buttons myself,..but i tried them other places, and I did not want to cut any further into the real estate of the map image. Any suggestions on where and what buttons would be better? Also,..I have tested it on the road and works well.There is one thing I was hoping someone could find for me. I have changed the route recalc progress bar to be the animation recalc image from Igo8(rotating green arrows).My problem is that I cant seem to find the code thats making

I took the great work of IDT's mod and have started to recreate the Navi Map screens from the standard IGO8 skin.(the one with binoculars in the upper left corner)...with a few tweaks. Here are some screenshots of what it looks like. I will be posting the files in the next couple of days, for anyone interested, after I test it out a bit on the road. Sorry bout the lack of focus,..my phone sucks. Any feedback is welcome.

would need a bit more detail then that to help ya. I have a F900,..using 800_480,.. if the files were copied over correctly then it should work. Give it another shot...or give me more details and/or your files from your SD

Ok,..I think i know what ya mean. There were 2 header boxes(Destination Menu and City, State in my screenshots above) that I missed. Turned out they use the same image.So I missed 1 out of like 300,..lol,..not too shabby. I think I just hurt myself givin myself a pat on the back there.. Anyways,.. I fixed that, and normalized a few headers/footers, as I noticed I had some expermiental ones still in there.
