I saw on the pioneer site that there is a cddb update posted on jan-2010. From what I have been reading the cddb in this is a little older. Can I install this and then run the cddb update disk or will that screw things up? I have a z1 with the upgrade to z3 (thanks again garrettomy). I also have the bypass and it is all working flawlessly. I want to update the maps/cddb without messing up the system. Are there any warnings I should be aware of? Thanks for everything, Joe

Thanks for the quick response guys. I figured it might have something to do with the image but i wanted a second opinion. I would love to get this problem out of the way. Where can I find your image garrettoomey? Also from what I remember the hard drive is an ide inst it? Is it possible to update the image with a disk or am I going to have to pull the hdd? I bought the new hard drive on ebay about 10 months ago. from a guy named micheal kania (cyberonic.com I think). Why do you ask?

Hey all, I am having a very strange problem that no one can seem to figure out. I was hoping someone on here might have some suggestions. I have a z1 that I switched the hard drive on (from 30gb z1 to 40gb z3) and everything worked fine until I pressed the voice button on the touchscreen.
