How did you send it by one contact?

I've been par'd with my unit, for example I could make calls and receive them. When I enter the transfer phonebook options tell me to use my phone to send them, but my phone can only send through ether beam or sms.

I have a HTC touch dimond which is running windows mobile 6.1 I belive, and I'm able to par bluetooth but I have no idea how to transfer contacts with my phone. I try using the BEAM option to send it, but it does not find my pioneer F7010bt. Can someone please help!
