Just received my drive - I don't know what I was thinking by downloading the files and upgrading my drive my self - Garrett's service was awesome, the drive replacement simple - I can't recommend this enough! Thanks Garrett!! Ken Hendren

I updated the CCDB yesterday from the PIONEER Website update for the Z2 onto my native Z1 which has been updated to Z3 AVIC without any issues at all. Ken Hendren

would like to back up my Z1 hard drive - how is it removed? Thanks.
