I have the 700 installed in my 09 Tacoma. The 09 has a built in mp3 jack but it was disabled when the Pioneer was installed. I like where this is located and would prefer using this having a cable dangling down from the one on the face of the 700. Has anybody come up with a way to tie the 700 into the factory jack?

I have the same problem to a lesser degree with my ipod. However, if I use my wife's ipod or my iphone I don't have the problem at all. I think the connection is slightly worn and the cable does not seat properly because of it. It works fine for on street but it would be an issue if you went off road.
